Earth Fire Serpent ~ Snake has been a symbol for healing, transformation and rebirth for thousands of years. Long before the negative biblical association, the Snake was revered and honored, and is still today the symbol for the medical profession.
Snake’s process of shedding its skin is a beautiful teacher for us to “shed our skin” and leave behind our past (forgiving ourselves and others) as we learn and grow from our life’s experiences. Snake has associations with the masculine energies in form, and yet also lives directly on and within Mother Earth, representing a healthy connection/relationship between the Masculine and the Feminine energies. Snake is also the representative of “Life Force” or “Kundalini” energies, inspiring creativity and passion, and love.
